I had a great time at this hotel, which is nestled in a stunning location surrounded by a 10 million year old rainforest and beautiful beach. I recently stayed at the Andaman for two nights, and it had its pros and cons. The location is absolutely stunning, right in the rainforest, but the condition of the room was disappointing. The service from staff like Linardy was exceptional, but overall, I didn’t feel the customer service lived up to expectations. The noise from construction was annoying, and the dining experience had room for improvement. Overall, it’s a beautiful area but not worth the money unless significant changes are made.
